For emergencies, Submit a Ticket “Urgent” or “Website Down” in the subject line so that we can help you right away.
Here is what we consider an emergency:
- Your website is down
- Your domain/URL was not renewed
For other needs, you can email us at “[email protected]” Include an overview of your issue in the subject line and we’ll come to your rescue as quickly as we can.
You can also reach our wonderful support staff by phone Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST. Call our general line at (802) 231-4848 and we will get back to you within the next business day. If you make a request at 6 pm EST on a Friday, please expect up to a 48-hour delay on weekends.
