- Email isn’t working
- Your domain/ URL was not renewed

For everything else, we have you covered. That being said we are available for our client’s needs within reason. We do pride ourselves in having longterm relationships and being able to find a solution for you when you are in a bind.
If an “Urgent” ticket comes through on the weekend, we are happy to take care of it for you but it will come at a cost increase of double our hourly Support Rate of $150/hr.

Have an immediate need and just want it to get resolved? We always suggest to email “[email protected]” to go straight to our development team from 9 am-5 pm and 6 pm-9 am, M-F.
We are a smaller team and support our clients as best we can. We are currently looking to grow this resource so in the meantime, we are happy to come to the rescue when a client requests an urgent need in advance as much as possible. If a ticket or request comes in at 6 pm on a Friday please expect up to a 48hr delay on weekends.
