I, Devin McKnight, of September Press, hereby accept the wireframe http://bit.ly/1sjACE8, as presented to me by Union Street Media, today 9/10/14, to be used as a guide for the designing of the homepage and interior layout of my site.
With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that the wireframe is not the actual design of my site and is merely an outline of the layout of the site navigation in a visual structure.
With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward into the actual design of my site. I fully understand that that any major revisions I request to the layout of the site after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of $60,600 to $72,900 and extend the timeline of my project.
