Sign off approved December 22, 2015
I, Sarah Antone, of Champlain Valley Head Start, hereby acknowledge my request for additional design work, on December 10, 2015.
With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that the request I have made (described above) is estimated to take 1 hour:
- Remove arrows from CTA’s – 15 minutes
- Main navigation – Remove Donate from Header, move Apply to main nav, Remove space between nav items, Align menu to right side of page – 25 minutes
- remove recent news – 5 minutes
- remove success stories – 5 minutes
- remove special initiatives – 5 minutes
- footer add address and phone number in center above social media – 5 minutes
I understand that my approval of this overage will result in my having to pay the above-mentioned cost above the high end of my initial contract budget of $5,500 to $6,000 and extend the timeline of my project.
