I, Neil Aguiar, of weddingdjs.com, hereby accept the Functionality Brief as presented to me by Union Street Media, today December 11, 2015, to be used as the complete list of all feature requests that will be included in the first release of the weddingdjs.com site refresh.
With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward with the design of my site based on these feature requests. I fully understand that that any major revisions I request to the layout of the site after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of and extend the timeline of my project.
