Sign off approved November 4, 2014
I, Marc Tarozzi, of Triple 8, hereby accept the design {file_links}, as presented to me by Union Street Media, today October 31, 2014, as the final design that will be used for my site through launch.
With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward into the design and content portions of the process. I fully understand that that any revisions I request to the site map after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of $20,500-$25,000 and extend the timeline of my project.
Note: Once the site has launched, you will have complete control of the content and can make edits such as adding, deleting, renaming, and reordering main and sub-navigation items at will.
