I, Dave Cummings, of Tom Riley for NAR Treasurer, hereby acknowledge my request for Union Street Media’s Unsupported Email Package on April 16, 2014.

The package includes the set up of 5 email accounts for $1 per month per email account.  We offer system-level support, but no customer support. If the system is working, and you have questions or need help, we bill for any time spent on it.

With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that the request I have made (described above) is out of scope of my initial project budget, and will result in an overage of $120.

I understand that my approval of this overage will result in my having to pay the above-mentioned cost above the high end of my initial contract budget of $4,000-$4,750 and extend the timeline of my project.
