I, Paula Samuelson, of SE Group, hereby accept this site design {file_links}, as presented to me by Union Street Media, today August 20, 2014, as the final layout that will be used for my site through launch. With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward into the design and content portions of the process. I fully understand that that any revisions I request to the design after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of and extend the timeline of my project.
