Sign off approved May 8, 2015
I, Mark Kane, of SE Group, hereby acknowledge my request for additional production work, on May 1, 2015.
With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that the request I have made (described above) is estimated to take 79 hours, is out of scope of my initial project budget, and will result in an overage of 79 hours.
I understand that my approval of this overage may result in my having to pay the above-mentioned cost above the high end of my initial contract budget of 11,850 and extend the timeline of my project.
