I, Devin McKnight, of September Press, hereby accept and approve the logo design {file_links}, as presented to me by Union Street Media, today April 4, 2014, as the logo that will be used for my site and business.
With this sign off, I fully understand that that any revisions I request to the logo after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget and extend the timeline of my project.
