I, Zeke Davisson, of the Kelly Brush Foundation, hereby acknowledge my request for additional logo variations including:
- the logo+10th Annual Kelly Brush Century Ride as it appears in on the Poster / 5×7 card for use on the website
- a version of that logo that does not have the spoked wheel, reads “10th Annual Kelly Brush Century Ride”, centered and with larger text. This logo will also include the “Powered by VBT Bicycling and Walking Vacations” in the same way it is used in the Century Ride Poster.

With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that the request I have made (described above) is estimated to take 1 hour, is out of scope of my initial project budget.
I understand that my approval of this overage may result in my having to pay the above-mentioned cost above the high end of my initial contract budget of and extend the timeline of my project.
