Sign off approved July 22, 2016
I, Eli Lesser-Goldsmith, of Healthy Living, hereby accept the site map as shown in SlickPlan – HERE, as presented to me by Union Street Media, today July 21, 2016, as the final navigation and information structure that will be used for my site through launch.
With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward into the wireframe design portions of the process. I fully understand that any revisions I request to the site map after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of 30 and extend the timeline of my project.
Note: Once the site has launched, you will have complete control of the navigation and can make edits such as adding, deleting, renaming, and reordering main and sub-navigation items at will.
