Sign off approved January 24, 2017
I, Geeda Searfoorce, of Burlington Discover Jazz Festival, hereby accept the mobile and desktop design files, as presented to me by Union Street Media, today January 23, 2017, as the final design that will be used for my site through launch.
With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward into the production portion of the process. I fully understand that that any revisions I request to the design files after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of and extend the timeline of my project.
Note: Once the site has launched, you will have complete control of the navigation and can make edits such as adding, deleting, renaming, and reordering main and sub-navigation items at will.
