Sign off approved November 21, 2014
I, Zach Chambers, of ClearBearing, hereby accept the web design as presented to me by Union Street Media, today November 21, 2014, as the final design that will be used for my site through launch.
With this sign off, I permit Union Street Media to move forward into the production portions of the process. I fully understand that that any revisions I request to the design after this sign off may result in incremental costs above the high end of my initial contract budget of hours and extend the timeline of my project.
Note: Once the site has launched, you will have complete control of the navigation and can make edits such as adding, deleting, renaming, and reordering main and sub-navigation items at will.
