I, Mary Branagan, of Associates for Training & Development, hereby accept the complete site, seen here http://a4td.wpengine.com, as presented to me by Scout Digital, today February 27, 2019. I understand that this site will be the site that appears at my main domain http://www.a4td.org.
With this sign off, I permit Scout Digital to launch my new site.
With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that any new monthly fees associated with the site will commence upon launch.
With this sign off, I confirm my understanding that additional revisions requests I request to Scout Digital will be routed through and billed accordingly through the Support team at my hourly rate of $150/hr.
With this sign off form, I confirm my understanding that failure to pay my monthly fees or final project fees covering the cost up to the low end, between the low and high end, and any additional overages approved during the project process, may result in my site being taken down until said payments are received by Scout Digital.
Note: As a policy, Scout Digital only launches between Monday-Thursday from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm. Scout Digital does not launch sites on Fridays or days immediately proceeding holidays when our offices are closed. Scout Digital reserves the right to delay a launch at their discretion. Launch sign off forms must be received no later than 12:00 noon EST the day prior to a launch.
